Reading Spot was born out of my desire to read more books and leave a record of what literature has influenced me. The blog is a quick scan, with short "reviews" and books listed by the year read. I discovered in my thirties what a joy literature could be, in large part due to the advent of the e-reader. This is my reading renaissance - I hope the blog inspires your own reading adventures.
You'll encounter mostly science fiction and fantasy in my library. I consider it my "romantic period." But my reading horizons have been greatly broadened by a few close friends and family. Check out their own recommended reading lists:
